Time for my daily post for Exploring Cricut.  With summer coming, time to break out those summer cuts.  I decided to go with the popsicle cut from Doodlecharms and just cute it up a bit.  I just love those Peachy Keen stamps, especially this new set.    Hope you like it!

Exploring Cricut - Mother's Day Blog Hop

Happy Monday and Welcome to the Exploring Cricut's Mother's Day Blog Hop.  We are all showcasing projects for our mother's!

I decided to go with this just adorable little bear from CAC2.  Now of course I wanted to use a Happy Mother's Day stamp and I had just bought some.  Do you think I could find them?  Of course not!  LOL!  So instead I went with a more general sentiment, but I am still thinking of my mother so I think it works. :)

Exploring Cricut - Daily Post

Happy Wednesday.  Just a few more days and we can have another weekend.  Anyone ready for another one?  I am!  ;)

Today's card was done for a 7 year old boy.  It was quite hard not to go all crazy, as it usually is when I do these birthday cards my kids go to.  First of all, they just want whats inside and don't care about the outside.  LOL!  But I guess you can't blame them.  I know we did it all as kids too.

So this card is pretty simple, but still cute.  ;)  Hope you enjoy it.

Welcome to a new challenge at Exploring Cricut. Our challenge is called "April Showers Bring May Flowers". You are to create a card, layout, or papercraft using at least one of any kind of flower.

I went with a cart I have not used in forever, Walk in my garden.  I just spend the weekend with a good friend of mine and I wanted to send her a card to say thank you for taking in my crazy brood.    It is a very simple card, but that seems to what I am doing lately.  But I really liked the contrast of the black and white and color.

Exploring Cricut - Daily Post

Happy Wednesday.  Hope geveryone is having a good day!  Another Wednesday and another daily post for Exploring Cricut.

Have you ever had a card you were really happy with and you were going to take a picture of it and put it on your blog and you go to look up the picture and realize you forgot to take the picture?  UGH!  One of my peeps always says to make two of a card you make so you have a spare, so I just made the card again.  ;)
The original card was for my daughter's student teacher who's was leaving her classroom, so this card will just go in my stash for that special someone.  ;)

Exploring Cricut Challenge - It's a Spring Thing

Welcome to our new challenge here at Exploring Cricut. This challenge is called "It's a Spring Thing".  You are to create a card, layout, or papercraft that must include at least  1 button, 2 Cricut cuts, and 3 colors of pattern paper or cardstock.

I wanted to go with a  cute little bird since all the birds are finally starting to come back.  Soon our flowers will be here too, but for now she can use a little paper one.  I even put her on a little action wobble!  She just made me happy and I plan on sending this to my mom for all she has done for me lately!

Exploring Cricut - Daily Post

Happy Wednesday!

Finally, I have been trying all morning to get my post up and Blogger has been giving me a hard time.

Today's card is a shaped card from Happily Ever After.  One of those carts I said I am never using again after trying to put together one of the princesses!  ;)  But my daughter had a birthday party to go to.  Her favorite princess is Cinderella.  I made her a banner, which I will post tomorrow.  So figured I would make her a glass slipper card to go along with her banner.  I know it is a pretty simple card, but there is lots of stickles around the outside and the 5 year old who got this just loved it.  It was nice to use a cart that I thought I was NEVER going to use again.  LOL!

Paper:  Recollections and Coredinations
Stickles
Nice and simple!  ;)

Exploring Cricut - Happy Easter

Happy Monday and it is time for a new challenge at Exploring Cricut.   This week our challenge is called "Happy Easter". You are to create a card, layout, or papercraft celebrating Easter.

I will admit mine is not exactly Easter.  I just needed something for spring.  I figured this would work for Easter and go right into spring, if it ever arrives.  Plus I was happy with the way this came out and wanted to leave it out for more than just a week!  ;)  I just received the faces on the flowers they just make me happy!

Happy St. Patrick's Day Two

Here is another treat that I found on Friday, so of course I had to quick make them.  I found them here.  Are these not just too cute!  I already had my pots in mind to make, but when I saw these I had to make them!  So after a quick trip to Target yesterday I was able to get all my supplies.

Tag Die:  Jaded Blossom
Sentiment:  Jaded Blossom
Ribbon:  SU
Shamrock:  One of the Paperdolls carts (forgot which one.

Happy St. Patrick's Day

Happy Sunday and Happy St. Patrick's Day

Of course I feel like I am 'late' in posting this, but I just finished them this morning.  I would love to be one of those crafters that gets all their treats done before the holiday.  Nope, not me this time.  Teachers are getting theirs one day late.  Well...it's the thought that counts, right?  ;)

I used the Pot of Gold Treat Box from SVG cutting files.  The candies inside are rolos and I used the Jaded Blossom Lucky Treats for the stamp along with a 3/4 inch punch and a 1 inch scalloped punch.

Now time to just go deliver them all!  ;)

Happy Monday to ya!  Today is a new challenge at Exploring Cricut.  We are doing a Luck of the Irish Challenge.  You are to make a card, layout, or papercraft celebrating St. Patrick's Day and try using a shamrock for luck!

Now how cute is that Shamrock?  I think she just came out darling.  I wanted my shamrock to be the focal point of my card.  Her cuteness just had to stand out!  HA!

Exploring Cricut - Daily Post

Happy Wednesday!  Another Wednesday means my daily post for Exploring Cricut

Both of my kids had birthday parties this past weekend.  That means two cards to make!  WOO HOO!  I posted the one I made for my daughter's party (the mermaid bear).  This was was for my son's party.  I tried to get out a cartridge I had not used in a while along with the paper to match.  This is how this card was born.  I have had some of the DCWV boys paper pack for a while with only a few sheets left that just were dying to be used.  Space Paper means I had to find a space ship.  Hence Boys will be Boys.  Nice to use cartridges I have not used in a while.  Didn't go too crazy with this card because it is for a 3 year old boy, but it is on an action wobble!

Carts:  Wild Card and Boys will be boys
DCWV:  Boy stack
Doodeling and action wobble (you should see that space ship wiggle!  HA!)
